By accessing or using Porcelain Talk ("the Service"), available at porcelaintalk.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Porcelain Talk is a sports analytics subscription service that provides data-driven picks, MLB dashboard tools, DFS content, articles, and related analysis across major sports. The Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
3. Account Registration
To access premium content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Porcelain Talk offers paid subscription plans (Regular and VIP) billed on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
6. Not Financial Advice
All content provided by Porcelain Talk — including picks, analysis, models, and articles — is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your own betting and financial decisions. Porcelain Talk is not liable for any losses incurred from acting on information provided through the Service. Please gamble responsibly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Porcelain Talk — including text, graphics, logos, data, models, and analysis — is the property of Porcelain Talk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; resell, redistribute, or republish premium content; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Porcelain Talk and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
